I imagine you are motivated to seek therapy in the hope of finding relief and improvement from emotional pain, distress, or dissatisfaction in your life. I believe you experience courage, strength, and healing when you express your pain; I hold safe space for this therapeutic process.

I attend to our therapeutic connection to ensure you feel understood and validated throughout our sessions. I actively listen, reflect meaningful feedback, support, and challenge you to integrate new behaviors outside of therapy. With this support and your participation, you are open to take new perspectives, as we explore your emotions, thought patterns, and behaviors. We will re-frame painful experiences so that you can live beyond the limiting emotions and thought patterns and experience greater peace and joy.
